Jonathan Joss, known for Parks and Recreation and voicing John Redcorn in King of the Hill, was shot and killed outside his San Antonio home on June 1.
His neighbor, Sigfredo Ceja Alvarez, was indicted for murder after police claimed he confessed but is currently out on bail.

Joss's husband believes the killing was a hate crime, saying Alvarez used homophobic slurs during the incident.
The San Antonio police chief admitted their initial statement was premature and apologized to the LGBTQ+ community, promising a full investigation.
