Netflix has announced Tygo, an action thriller featuring Lalisa "Lisa" Manobal of K-pop group Blackpink, Korean actor Don Lee (Ma Dong-seok), and Squid Game star Lee Jin-uk. The film is a part of the Extraction franchise and will be produced by Big Punch Pictures, AGBO, and TGIM. Nova Film Inc and B&C Group are co-producing the project. Tygo is centered around a former child soldier-turned-mercenary named Tygo, played by Lee. After a mission goes wrong, he embarks on a revenge spree through Korea's criminal underworld. The film will be written by Cha Woo-jin and directed by Lee Sang-yong, known for his work on The Roundup series.
