The slate includes a diverse range of genres such as dramas, thrillers, reality shows, and short-form content. Notable actors like Naseeruddin Shah and Nana Patekar will lead the charge.

'Made In India,' 'Sankalp' are the upcoming scripted shows

Among the new scripted shows, Made In India: The Titan Story features Shah and Jim Sarbh. Sankalp, a socio-political thriller with Patekar, Sanjay Kapoor, Neeraj Kabi, and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub, is also part of the lineup. Other scripted titles include Ab Hoga Hisaab starring Shaheer Sheikh and Mouni Roy; The Bureaucrat featuring Amol Parashar; action series Kaptaan with Saqib Saleem; survival thriller Vimal Khanna starring Sunny Hindhuja; cop drama Waiting Hai featuring Divyenndu Sharma and Bhuvan Arora.

Popular existing shows will also return with new seasons

MX Player will also bring back new seasons of popular shows like Raktanchal Season 3, Campus Beats Season 6, Campus Diaries Season 2, Heartbeats Season 2, and Who's Your Gynac Season 2. In the realm of unscripted programming, the service will launch a new season of its reality series Rise & Fall and bring back fitness reality show Battleground with Shikhar Dhawan as mentor.

MX Player is also expanding its international and anime catalog

The platform is expanding its short-form micro-drama format under MX Fatafat, targeting mobile-first audiences. It will continue to grow its MX Vdesi catalog of dubbed international shows from Korea, China, and Turkey, alongside anime titles available in Japanese and Hindi. Karan Bedi, Head of Amazon MX Player, said, "We are seeing strong momentum as more audiences embrace free, premium streaming."
