Anushka Sharma's 'Pari' to be remade in Tamil

Anushka Sharma starrer 'Pari' was touted to be a game-changer for the horror genre in Bollywood but did not quite live up to the expectations upon its release.

However, the film seems to have impressed the Tamil cinema makers as they have decided to remake it.

'Pari' was bankrolled by Anushka's banner Clean Slate Productions.

Helmed by debutante Prosit Roy, the film had released on Holi and earned Anushka several accolades for her performance.

'Pari' was Anushka's third production venture after 'NH 10' and 'Phillauri'.
