Bollywood veteran Rakesh Roshan and his wife Pinkie just spent nearly ₹20 crore on five new office spaces in Andheri's Vaidya West World One Aeropolis.
The deal, closed on November 19, marks a big step for the couple into Mumbai's buzzing commercial real estate scene.

Family joins in on the investment

Their daughter Sunaina is also getting in on the action—she picked up two more units in the same building for ₹6.42 crore.
With these buys, the Roshan family is clearly betting big on Mumbai's business hotspots.
