Robbie Williams's Istanbul concert canceled over security concerns

Robbie Williams's Istanbul concert, which was set for Tuesday, was canceled by city authorities in the interests of public safety.
He said the decision was "beyond our control" and made to keep fans safe.
The show would have wrapped up his Britpop world tour, which kicked off in May and included stops like London and Athens.

Williams to play in London this week

Even with the Istanbul cancelation, Robbie's playing Camden's Dingwalls in London this Thursday.
Fans can expect songs from his upcoming album Britpop plus hits from his debut solo album Life Thru A Lens.
Since leaving Take That back in 1995, he's scored seven UK number one singles—he shared he's especially sorry for Turkish fans who would have joined the 1.2 million people at his shows this year.
