What's the story
Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan has reportedly acquired two commercial office units in Mumbai's Andheri East for a whopping ₹30.75 crore. The property, located in the Kanakia Wallstreet building, spans 5,681 square feet and comes with six car parking spaces. The seller of these properties is Apiore Pharmaceutical, a US-based pharmaceutical firm. This purchase adds to Khan's growing portfolio of high-value real estate investments in Mumbai.
Location advantage
Andheri East: A prime commercial hub
Andheri East is one of Mumbai's most sought-after commercial hubs, thanks to its excellent connectivity by road, rail, and metro. The area is also close to the airport and offers easy access to major business districts like Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), SEEPZ, and Lower Parel. This makes it an ideal location for corporate setups.
