What's the story
In a shocking incident, Bollywood superstar Salman Khan's father, Salim Khan, was reportedly threatened by a woman during his morning walk.
The burqa-clad woman allegedly warned the 88-year-old veteran screenwriter to "behave properly" and mentioned the name of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi.
Notably, Bishnoi has previously threatened to kill Salman.
A case has been registered at the Bandra Police Station in Mumbai.

Woman warned Salim during his morning walk
According to Dainik Bhaskar, the woman threatened Salim during his regular morning walk.
The identity of the woman and her whereabouts remain unknown, but she reportedly arrived with a man on a scooter.
The incident occurred just hours after Salman was spotted leaving the city.
The woman allegedly warned Salim to "behave properly" or else she would call for Bishnoi, who has previously sent death threats to Salman.

Police are trying to nab the culprits
Per Mid-Day, a case has been registered under Sections 353(2), 292, and 3(5) BNS.
"Police are currently analysing CCTV footage from the area in hopes of identifying the suspects. The investigation is ongoing, and we are committed to finding those responsible," a police officer reportedly said.
Past incident
Bishnoi gang allegedly attacked Salman's home in April
In April, gunshots were fired outside Salman's Galaxy Apartments in Mumbai's Bandra area.
Bishnoi's brother, Anmol, had claimed responsibility for the shooting incident via a Facebook post.
After the incident, Salman and his family's security was tightened.
Salman had also opened up about the alleged threats from the Bishnoi gang while recording his statement to the anti-extortion cell of the Mumbai Crime Branch.
April incident
'Heard a cracker-like sound,' Salman had said about shooting
Salman had said, "I heard a cracker-like sound. Then, at around 4:55am the police bodyguard said that two people on a bike had fired from a weapon at the Galaxy Apartment's first-floor balcony."
He added, "There had been attempts to hurt me and my family prior to this as well. I have learned that Lawrence Bishnoi has taken responsibility for the attack from social media."
