The episode, titled Gateway to Shark Tank - Divyang Special, aims to support entrepreneurs who are either differently-abled or actively working toward their empowerment. Jeet Adani, Director of Adani Airports and a prominent member of the Adani Group, will lead the charge.

The fourth season of Shark Tank India has a diverse panel of entrepreneurs. It includes Anupam Mittal (Shaadi.com), Aman Gupta (boAt Lifestyle), Namita Thapar (Emcure Pharmaceuticals), Ritesh Agarwal (OYO), Peyush Bansal (Lenskart), Vineeta Singh (SUGAR Cosmetics), Varun Dua (ACKO), Kunal Bahl and Viraj Bahl (e-commerce and venture capital). They represent various sectors including online matchmaking, lifestyle products, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, eyewear, cosmetics, and insurance. Meanwhile, Adani is Gautam Adani's younger son, who is set to marry on Friday.
