Silambarasan-Vetri Maaran's 'Arasan' goes on floors this month

Arasan, starring Silambarasan and directed by Vetri Maaran, is officially rolling cameras on November 24.
Set in the lively streets of North Chennai, the film has already grabbed attention with its promo video and is aiming for a summer 2025 release.

Maaran-Silambarasan collaboration has fans excited

This is the first time Silambarasan and Maaran are teaming up, which has fans pretty excited. The cast also includes Samuthirakani, Kishore, Andrea Jeremiah, and Nelson Dilipkumar.
Director Maaran shared that filming will wrap up in just three months—all in one go—and reports suggest that Arasan will also release in Telugu.
With Thug Life not making much noise at the box office, there's extra hope riding on Arasan to deliver something special.
