Ravi Teja's Irumudi kicked off with a bang, pulling in ₹14.80 crore net across India on its first day.
The movie dropped in 2,673 shows and saw strong audience turnout, with an overall occupancy of 76.9%.
Telugu version 14.78cr, worldwide 24.20cr
Most of the earnings came from the Telugu version, which made ₹14.78 crore and had a solid 79% occupancy, especially in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Night shows were especially packed, hitting 88.08% occupancy.
The film's total gross in India reached ₹17.20 crore, plus another ₹7 crore overseas, taking its worldwide Day 1 total to ₹24.20 crore.
