'Tere Ishk Mein' cleared by CBFC with only 1 cut

Dhanush and Kriti Sanon's upcoming romantic drama, Tere Ishk Mein, is set to hit theaters on Friday, November 28. The film has reportedly been cleared by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) with only one minor modification. A source told Bollywood Hungama that despite the movie's intense action and romance scenes, CBFC didn't demand any visual cuts except for a single dialogue change.

The source revealed that an "obscene" word was replaced with a more suitable term at around the 27-minute mark. Additionally, two other changes were requested: the inclusion of an anti-smoking static message in Hindi and blurring out the liquor brand label. After these modifications, Tere Ishk Mein received a U/A 16+ certificate on Monday.

The trailer for Tere Ishk Mein was launched on November 14, with Dhanush, Sanon, director Aanand L Rai, and producer Bhushan Kumar in attendance. During the event, Dhanush humorously confessed that he was nothing like his character Shankar. He also cheekily described love as "just another overrated emotion." The film is 169 minutes long and will be released on November 28.
