Early Saturday morning in Kochi, a speeding car slammed into a metro pillar on Edappally-Mamangalam Road, claiming the lives of Muneer (21) and Haroon Shaji (22), both from Alappuzha.
Two other occupants in the car—Yakub (20), who was driving, and Adhil (20)—were badly injured and are now receiving treatment at a private hospital in the city.
