Air India pilot averts potential disaster

An Air India flight from Hyderabad to Mumbai had to stop just before take-off on Thursday when the pilot noticed a technical issue during final checks.
Thanks to the quick call at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, all passengers and crew were safe, and everyone was later shifted to another flight.

Air India has canceled 8 flights recently

This isn't the only hiccup for Air India lately—they've canceled eight flights recently because of extra maintenance needs, including one grounded after a bird hit.
The airline is following stricter safety rules after a serious crash earlier this year and has also cut some international flights by 15% until mid-July as part of their focus on keeping things safe.
