India
After being sworn in for the 10th time, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has shared that he owns assets totaling ₹1.64 crore.
This includes a flat in Delhi, about ₹17 lakh in movable assets, and some unique entries—like 13 cows, 10 calves, and a Ford EcoSport car.
What about other leaders?
Former Deputy CMs Samrat Choudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha have also gone public with their finances.
Choudhary declared properties worth over ₹8 crore (plus a rifle), while Sinha listed immovable assets of ₹2.4 crore and his wife's assets at ₹3.3 crore—including a revolver thrown into the mix.
Asset disclosures like these are part of an annual transparency push for Bihar's cabinet ministers.
