Cloudburst sparks Uttarkashi flash floods, workers missing

A sudden cloudburst hit Baligarh along Uttarkashi's Barkot-Yamunotri road early Sunday, causing flash floods that damaged an under-construction hotel and swept away eight or nine workers, who are still missing.
