Cold wave chills MP, Maharashtra; South India preps for rain
Feeling the chill? Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra are expected to experience cold wave conditions on November 19 and 20, with temperatures in several regions dipping 2-6°C below normal this November.
The IMD says this early winter vibe will stick around for about five more days.
Meanwhile, down south, states like Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Andhra Pradesh are gearing up for some wet weather and thunderstorms.
IMD issues alerts: Stay warm or keep that umbrella handy
The IMD has put out yellow alerts for cold wave conditions in parts of MP and Maharashtra on November 19-20.
If you're in Tamil Nadu, expect light to moderate rain and thunderstorms with isolated heavy rainfall until November 24.
Kerala and Mahe could see similar showers from November 22-24, while the Andaman & Nicobar Islands might get drenched on November 21.
