Cyclone Senyar: Fishermen told to stay ashore as storm builds up

The IMD says a low-pressure system over the Bay of Bengal is likely to cause winds that could hit 65km/h.
Because of this, Puducherry's Fisheries Department has asked fishermen not to go out to sea until things calm down.
