Delhi court sends gangster Anmol Bishnoi to 11-day NIA custody
Anmol Bishnoi, brother of jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, has been sent to 11 days of NIA custody after being brought back from the US.
He's wanted as the main plotter in the October 2024 murder of NCP leader Baba Siddique and is suspected to be behind several other serious crimes.
The NIA wants to dig into how his gang works and where their money comes from.
What else is he linked to?
Bishnoi's name has come up in big cases like the murder of singer Sidhu Moosewala in 2022 and a shooting outside Salman Khan's house.
He allegedly runs extortion rackets across Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, and Delhi, with over 30 criminal cases against him.
Declared a proclaimed offender earlier this year, he'll now face tough questioning as investigators try to break down his gang's network.
