Delhi to bar non-BS-6 or PUCC-less vehicles from November 1
From November 1, Delhi is rolling out new vehicle restrictions to fight rising pollution.
If your car or bike doesn't meet BS-6 standards or doesn't have a valid Pollution Under Control Certificate (PUCC), you won't be allowed into the city.
Trucks not destined for Delhi will need to stick to the outer expressways instead of entering Delhi, while non-compliant interstate busses will face restrictions.
Police filed FIRs over fake NEPs
The rules also cover tractors, jugad vehicles, and some outstation vehicles, so double-check if yours is good to go.

Police are already cracking down: On October 27, they subsequently filed FIRs against commercial vehicle operators allegedly using fake No Entry Permissions (NEPs).
All of this follows stricter air quality measures that kicked in last week as pollution levels spiked in Delhi-NCR.
