Father supports punishment in Kolkata gang-rape case
A 24-year-old first-year law student was allegedly gang-raped on June 25 inside South Calcutta Law College by three men, including ex-student leader Monojit Mishra.
The attack reportedly happened after she turned down Mishra's marriage proposal.
She was locked in the guard's room, assaulted despite her pleas, and the accused threatened her boyfriend and family while recording the incident.
