Delhi-based StayUncle is a pioneer in more ways than one. It has tied up with hotels to provide hassle-free stays for unmarried couples; it has a presence in every major city.
StayUncle even lets couples book a room in half-day slots. Interestingly, some of its hotels allow same-sex couples.

OYO

OYO needs no introduction. Notably, in 2016 they added the option for unmarried couples to book an OYO room as well.

MiStay
Book hotel rooms by pack of hours
MiStay, over a period of time, has developed a network of couple-friendly hotels. It is currently functional in about 90 cities, per MiStay.
It offers three different slots for guests to rent: 8-11am, 12-7pm, 8pm to 7am, or more.
The company was founded by IIT-Madras alumni Pranav Prabhakar and Sandeep Jaiswal in n April 2016.
