Survivor's mother relieved Tejpal vows appeal
The survivor's mother said they finally feel some relief after more than a decade of waiting for justice.
Meanwhile, Tejpal said he believes he is a victim and calls the case a "political vendetta," saying he'll take his fight to the Supreme Court.
The solicitor general pushed for the maximum sentence, arguing that Tejpal refused to accept rejection.
