FSSAI launches all-India crackdown on fake milk and paneer

States and Union Territories have been told to hunt down illegal operators after a spike in dairy adulteration reports—especially following recent worrying findings from Punjab.

Hotels and restaurants have to make sure they're serving the real deal—no fake paneer allowed—or face penalties.
