India's 1st visually impaired Ironman, Niket Dalal, dies in tragic fall

Niket Dalal, who made history as India's first blind Ironman, has sadly passed away after a fall at a hotel in Aurangabad.
He was staying there with friends after a fire broke out at his home.
His body was found in the hotel parking lot early morning.

Dalal's inspiring journey and circumstances of his death

Dalal lost vision in one eye as a child and became fully blind in 2015 due to leukemia, but never let that stop him. He completed the Ironman 70.3 in Dubai, becoming an inspiration for many.
Before losing his sight, he was also a national-level swimmer and speech therapist.
Authorities are now investigating the circumstances of his death.
