Kerala Police files case against sinking Liberian ship
After the Liberian cargo ship MSC Elsa 3 sank off Kerala's coast on May 25 with 640 containers—including hazardous materials and a lot of oil—Kerala Police have filed an FIR against the ship's owner, captain, and crew. They're being charged for risky navigation and careless handling of dangerous cargo.
