Kolkata doctor loses ₹36 lakh in online scam

A Kolkata doctor lost ₹36 lakh after falling for an online investment scam that started with a Facebook ad.
The ad led him to a WhatsApp group offering stock market tips, where he was encouraged to invest more and more money.
Things unraveled when he tried to withdraw his supposed profits but got locked out of the fake platform.
