Kolkata Police establishes SIT for law student gang-rape investigation

Kolkata Police has set up a special five-member team to investigate the alleged gang-rape of a 24-year-old law student at her college in South Kolkata.
The incident happened last Wednesday while she was on campus to fill out forms for an upcoming exam, and medical reports have backed up her account.

Police have detained four suspects so far—two students, a staff member, and a security guard.
