Maharashtra: 5 injured in communal clash during Durga idol immersion

A Durga idol immersion in Bawanbir village, Buldhana district, turned tense Saturday night after stones were thrown at the Jai Malhar Mandal procession while songs played.
Five people were injured in the attack, which reportedly involved members of another community.

Police detained 12 people
