Maharashtra: Men steal gold, silver worth ₹7.8 lakh

In Solapur's Tisangi village, four unidentified men armed with guns and swords broke into Mayakka Jewellers while the owner, Akshay Sukhdev Kolekar, was asleep.
They forced their way in, assaulted and gagged him, then made off with gold and silver worth ₹6.8 lakh and about ₹1 lakh in cash—all in just six minutes.
