Man arrested for killing puppies in Madhya Pradesh

Rajesh Dahiya was arrested in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, after allegedly beating five puppies to death near a school on the night of June 30.
He told police he was upset by their barking at night.

Activists reported the incident; accused abused them

Animal activists reported the incident and shared video evidence with police.
When they confronted Dahiya, he reportedly responded with verbal abuse.
Police have charged him under laws related to animal cruelty and obscene acts, and sent one puppy's body for post-mortem as part of the ongoing investigation.
