His Hyundai i20 was caught on camera stopping by Faiz-e-Ilahi Mosque for over 10 minutes—just hours before the attack that left 14 dead and 25 injured.

Authorities say Dr. Umar acted quickly after his associates from a JeM-linked module were arrested, raising more suspicion about his role.
A video surfaced where he talks about suicide bombing as a "martyrdom operation."
