PM to hoist saffron flag atop Ram temple spire

India

Big moment coming up in Ayodhya—on November 25, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hoist a saffron flag on the main spire of the Ram Temple.
For the first time, all seven spires will get saffron flags, marking a huge milestone for the temple and its followers.

Who else will be there

Alongside PM Modi, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, UP Governor Anandiben Patel, and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will be there.
The ceremony uses a special rotating mechanism to raise a massive flag with sacred symbols.

Kalash yatra, led screens, cultural programs

Festivities start early—a Kalash Yatra from the Saryu River kicks off on November 20, followed by days of prayers and cultural events.
The city is getting decked out with flags, flowers, and lights.
To make sure nobody misses out, there'll be a giant 200-foot LED screen at the temple plus over 30 big screens around town.

Who gets to see the temple on that day?

Ayodhya is prepping for about 6,000-8,000 invitees, with priority given to guests from eastern UP, and special stay arrangements in place.
After the flag goes up, there will be processions and organized darshan for invited guests, while regular darshan for the general public will not be available on that day.
