Navneet Kumar Sehgal has resigned as Chairman of Prasar Bharati, just months after taking charge in March.
The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting accepted his resignation on December 2, and it took effect immediately.
This sudden move brings a quick leadership change at India's biggest public broadcaster.

Sehgal isn't just any bureaucrat—he's a retired IAS officer with over three decades shaping big projects in Uttar Pradesh, like the Agra-Lucknow Expressway and Lucknow Metro plan.
