
Rajasthan: 2 families die by suicide in separate incidents
What's the story
In a tragic turn of events, two separate incidents of suicide involving families were reported in Rajasthan on Saturday. The first incident took place in Sikar district, where a woman and her four children were found dead at their residence. The second incident was reported from Jaipur city, where a retired bank employee, his wife, and son allegedly died by suicide.

Woman, 4 children found dead in Sikar
The first incident was reported at Anirudh Residency on Palwas road under the Sadar Sikar police station limits. The woman and her four children were found dead under mysterious circumstances. Their neighbors alerted the police after they noticed something was amiss. Upon receiving the information, a team from Sadar police station rushed to the spot and shifted the bodies for postmortem examination at a hospital.
Jaipur tragedy
Retired bank employee family found dead in Jaipur
The second incident occurred under the jurisdiction of Karni Vihar police station in Jaipur. A retired bank employee, his wife, and son were found dead in their home. The landlord of the house alerted the police after he noticed that the family had not opened their door till late noon. Further details about this incident are still awaited as investigations continue.

Forensic team called to collect samples at Sikar scene
Sadar police station in-charge Indraj Marodia confirmed that an investigation is underway to determine the reasons behind these tragic incidents. A Forensic Science team was also called to collect samples from the scene of the first incident in Sikar. The cause of death and the circumstances surrounding these suicides remain unclear as authorities continue their investigations into both cases.
