India
The Supreme Court has called attention to just how bad Delhi's air has gotten, with Chief Justice of India Surya Kant saying, "I hope you all are enjoying the weather in Delhi," to highlight the severity.
The court pointed to the procurement price for crop stubble (parali) being announced well in advance and suggested that the management system for it should be provided to gram panchayats.

The Supreme Court wants quick action: the procurement price for crop stubble (parali) should be announced well in advance, and the management system for it should be provided to gram panchayats.
