Tragic family dispute ends in murder in Kerala
In Kerala's Pallikkathodu, a 26-year-old man named Aravind allegedly killed his mother, Sindhu (46), during a heated argument at home on Thursday night.
Neighbors, alarmed by the noise, rushed over and found Aravind sitting beside his mother's body and quickly called the police.
He was arrested on the spot.

The incident happened while Sindhu was cooking outside their house.
Aravind, who is being treated for drug addiction and used to work as a JCB driver, reportedly lost control during an argument and attacked her with a sharp weapon.
Only the two of them were home at the time.
Police have registered a murder case and sent Sindhu's body for post-mortem.
Aravind remains in custody as investigators look into what led up to the tragedy and gather more evidence about his state of mind and motives.
