Umar un Nabi switched attack to Red Fort, 11 dead

The Red Fort blast in November 2025 was actually a last-minute switch: Umar Un Nabi, the attacker, wanted to target Lal Mandir, but ended up at the Red Fort due to traffic and police presence.

The explosion claimed 11 lives and left dozens hurt, shaking up security concerns for everyone.

NIA: urea explosives, multiple charges

NIA's investigation showed Nabi spent prepping, making explosives from urea. He visited the Red Fort 12 times before the attack and stayed in Nuh for around 11 days before the blast.

Charges now include multiple sections under IPC, UAPA, and Explosive Substances Act.
