UP: MoUs worth ₹37.78L-cr signed since 2018; projects worth ₹12.1L-cr underway

Uttar Pradesh has been on a roll, turning big investment promises into action—projects worth ₹12.1 lakh crore are already up and running or in progress since 2017.
Between two major investor summits, the state signed MoUs totaling a massive ₹37.78 lakh crore, with 2024 alone seeing over ₹1 lakh crore in new projects breaking ground.

Why does it matter?

This investment wave is changing the game for UP—big names like Adani Power and Tata Technologies coming in, and over 60 lakh new private sector jobs created since 2017.
UP is pushing hard to become a trillion-dollar economy by 2029 and an industrial powerhouse.
