Video reveals cop assaulting colonel for questioning wrong-way driving

In Lucknow, Army Colonel Anand Prakash Suman says he was assaulted by Inspector Vinay Kumar Saroj after calling him out for driving on the wrong side of a busy road.
According to Suman, Saroj verbally abused and slapped him in front of his wife and daughter, then tried to pin him between vehicles and ran over his foot before fleeing.
The whole episode was caught on CCTV and has since gone viral.
