Woman constable shot by male colleague in Bihar

In a shocking turn in Bihar's Kaimur district, woman constable Sarita Kumari (28) was shot early Sunday morning by her colleague and relative, Ajay Paswan. The attack happened while she was on a motorcycle with her husband. After shooting Kumari, Paswan fled the scene.

Kumari in critical condition; case filed

Kumari is in critical condition and getting treatment at a Varanasi hospital. Police say there might have been a money dispute between the two, but they're still looking into all possible reasons. A case has been filed based on Kumari's statement, and officers are actively searching for Paswan.
