Blue Origin nails ocean landing with its New Glenn rocket

Technology

Blue Origin just pulled off a huge milestone by landing its massive New Glenn rocket booster on a droneship in the Atlantic—something only SpaceX has done before.
The rocket, launched from Cape Canaveral, also delivered NASA's ESCAPADE satellites to study Mars before sticking the landing.

Why this matters:

SpaceX's Elon Musk gave a shoutout to Blue Origin for the achievement, congratulating them on social media.
The landing is widely seen as a big step in the commercial space race. The New Glenn is built to fly up to 25 times, which could make future missions way more affordable.
With major clients like NASA and Amazon's Project Kuiper already on board, Blue Origin looks set for some exciting launches ahead.
