    Xiaomi launches Android-powered Mi TV 4 Pro models in India

    What's the story

    As an addition to its bestselling Mi TV series, Xiaomi has launched three new Mi TVs in India.

    The new range includes a 32-inch Mi TV 4C Pro, a 49-inch Mi TV 4A Pro, and a 55-inch Mi TV 4 Pro.

    Notably, all the three TVs run Android Oreo 8.1, share the same internals, and come with a Google Voice-enabled remote.

    Mi LED TV 4 Pro 55-inch model: At a glance

    Measuring at 4.99 millimeters, Mi TV 4 Pro features a 55-inch 4K HDR display with 60Hz refresh rate and 178-degree viewing angle.

    The TV is powered by a quad-core Amlogic Cortex-A53 CPU, paired with a Mali-450 GPU, 2GB RAM, and 8GB storage.

    Further, the TV comes with Dolby+DTS Cinema, two 20W speakers, AI-powered PatchWall UI with Android TV, and a Bluetooth remote.

    Here's a look at Mi LED TV 4A Pro 49-inch

    The Mi TV 4A Pro features a 49-inch full-HD display with HDR, 60Hz refresh rate and 178-degree viewing angle.

    Like the 55-inch model, this variant is also powered by a quad-core Amlogic Cortex-A53 CPU, paired with a Mali-450 GPU, has 2GB RAM, and 8GB storage.

    Further, it comes with DTS-HD audio, two 10W speakers, AI-powered PatchWall UI with Android TV, and a Bluetooth remote.

    The Mi TV 4C Pro features a 32-inch HD Ready display with 60Hz refresh rate and 178-degree viewing angle.

    This variant is also powered by a quad-core Amlogic Cortex-A53 CPU and Mali-450 GPU, but with 1GB RAM, and 8GB storage.

    Further, like the 49-inch model, this variant also comes with DTS-HD audio, two 10W speakers, PatchWall UI with Android TV, and Bluetooth remote.

    All three TVs come with Google Play Store, built-in Chromecast

    As part of Android TV OS, all the three TVs come with Play Store, Play Music, and built-in Chromecast.

    Moreover, the Mi Bluetooth Remote supports Google Voice Search that allows users to access content via commands.

    In terms of connectivity options, all the three models support Bluetooth v4.2, single-band Wi-Fi, Ethernet and come with three HDMI ports, 2 USB ports, and an S/PDIF port.

    All three TVs come loaded with 700,000 hours of content

    According to Xiaomi, all the three models come loaded with more than 700,00 hours of content. The tech giant has partnered with several content providers including Prime Video, Jio Cinema, Eros Now, Hooq, Alt Balaji, Hungama, Sony Liv and TVF among others.

    Pricing and availability

    The 32-inch Mi TV 4C Pro is priced at Rs. 14,999, the 49-inch Mi TV 4A Pro at Rs. 29,999, and the 55-inch Mi TV 4 Pro at Rs. 49,999.

    The 32-inch and 49-inch model will go on sale via Amazon and Mi.com on October 9 at 9pm whereas the 55-inch model will be available via Flipkart and Mi.com on October 10 at 12pm.
