    Prices of these Nokia phones reduced by upto Rs. 2,000

    HMD Global has reduced the prices of its popular mid-range smartphones, the Nokia 6.1 and Nokia 3.1, by up to Rs. 2,000. With this price revision, the Nokia 3.1 now retails at Rs. 8,999 while the Nokia 6.1 aka Nokia 6 (2018) starts at Rs. 11,999. Notably, the new prices are now applicable across all sales channels in India. Here's our roundup.

    Both variants of Nokia 6.1 have received the price cut

    The 3GB RAM variant of Nokia 6.1 has received a price cut of Rs. 1,500 and is now available for Rs. 11,999. Likewise, the 4GB RAM model of Nokia 6.1 is now listed at Rs. 13,999. The Nokia 3.1 has received a price drop of Rs. 2,000 and is now available for Rs. 8,999 as against its previous revised price of Rs. 10,999.

    Here's recalling the Nokia 3.1

    The Nokia 3.1 features a 5.2-inch HD+ (720x1440 pixels) display with an aspect ratio of 18:9 and Corning Gorilla Glass protection. The phone is powered by a 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6750N processor, paired with 2GB/3GB RAM and 16GB/32GB of internal storage (expandable up to 128GB). Further, it runs stock Android Oreo 8.1 and packs a 2,990mAh battery.

    Camera specifications of Nokia 3.1

    Nokia 3.1 comes with a single 13MP sensor with f/2.0 aperture, autofocus, and an LED flash module. Up front, the phone sports an 8MP fixed focus sensor with an aperture of f/2.0 and 84.6-degrees wide angle view.

    Nokia 6.1: At a glance

    The Nokia 6 (2018) features a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixels) IPS LCD display, Series 6000 Aluminum unibody design and comes with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor, paired with 3GB/4GB RAM and 32GB/64GB of inbuilt storage (expandable upto 128GB). The phone packs a 3,000mAh battery and has received Android Pie update last year in October.

    Nokia 6.1: For the shutterbugs and selfie lovers

    In the camera department, Nokia 6.1 offers a single 16MP rear camera with an f/2.0 aperture, ZEISS optics, and dual LED flash. The primary camera supports 4K video recording. Up front, it has an 8MP selfie snapper with an f/2.0 aperture.
