Spotify Wrapped 2025 just dropped a new feature called "listening age."

How does 'listening age' work?

Spotify checks which five-year stretch of music you played more than your peers.
It assumes people lock in their core tastes between ages 16 and 21, so if you get a listening age of 30, you're probably jamming to early 2010s hits.

This feature makes Wrapped feel even more about you—users are seeing listening ages from teens to over 90, often far from their real age.
