YouTube TV is giving some users a $10 credit

Technology

YouTube TV has pulled Disney-owned channels after a contract dispute, and now some subscribers are getting a $10 credit as a small apology.
The company called the standoff "unnecessarily aggressive" and says separately, YouTube TV has said it will offer a $20 credit if Disney channels remain unavailable for an extended period.
To claim it, you have to do it yourself through desktop settings, and the offer lasts for six months.

Users think this isn't enough

Losing Disney channels has hit sports fans hard—especially those into college football and weekend games.
The catch? Not all users get this $10 credit, which has left many feeling shortchanged.
According to recent polls, lots of people think this isn't enough and some are even thinking about switching services if their favorite content doesn't come back.
