Kings XI Punjab defeated Chennai Super Kings by 4 runs at Mohali. This is the first defeat for Dhoni and Co. in the 2018 campaign. Kings XI scored 197/7 riding on the back of Chris Gayle's blitz. In reply, Chennai Super Kings lost wickets early but Dhoni somehow managed to take the game till the final over. Here is the winner and the sinner.

Cricket fans were glad that the Kings XI decided to give 'Universe Boss' Chris Gayle an opportunity tonight and he made the most of it. The caged beast was finally unleashed as the towering Jamaican scored 63 off 33 balls to take the game away from Chennai. This is the same man who was ignored during the first round of the auction.

After losing Watson in the 2nd over, Murali Vijay had to shoulder the task of anchoring the innings, but he threw away his wicket with a mistimed hit. He lost his opportunity to make a mark and he is the 'sinner'.
