What's the story

The Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 mega auction on Sunday saw Indian left-arm pacer Khaleel Ahmed join the Delhi Capitals. IPL 2020 finalists DC spent a whopping Rs. 5.25 crore for the services of Khaleel. Khaleel was earlier released by the Sunrisers Hyderabad. He will aim to show his pedigree after a massive signing. Notably, he had a base price of Rs. 50 lakh.
