In Ranchi, Rohit surpassed former Pakistan batter Shahid Afridi in terms of ODI sixes. Known for his aggressive batting, Afridi hit 351 sixes in 369 innings across 398 matches. He became the first batsman to hit 350 sixes in international cricket. The former Pakistan captain scored 8,064 runs at an average of 23.57 and a healthy strike rate of 117.00 (6 centuries).
