Two 16-year-olds from Southampton charged over Halloween party attack

Two 16-year-olds from Southampton are facing serious charges after a violent incident at a Halloween party on October 31, 2026.
One has been charged with attempted murder and the other with wounding with intent. Both will appear in court today, November 6.
Five boys, ages 16 and 17, were injured in the attack.
Uninvited group assaulted partygoers
Police say the trouble started when an uninvited group showed up and assaulted people at the party.
One boy is still in the hospital with serious injuries; four others have been discharged.
Six boys were arrested; two now face charges, while four have been released on bail as police continue to investigate what really happened that night.
